What happens if we run out of minutes?
You can buy a minute pack at any time, and purchased minutes roll over until used. Turn on auto-refill and a pack is added automatically when your balance reaches 30 minutes, so a call is never cut short.
Is there a plan for care facilities?
Yes. The Caregiver plan is billed per patient, with minutes pooled across your facility and role-based access for staff. See Hamton for care facilities.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the app's settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
